Well, finaly here it goes my story of the fabolous week at the 10th and 11th of June to see 2 shows of Bon Jovi in Milton Keynes in UK.
I arrived to the check-in of the Lisbon airport on the 08th of June at 12h25.
At 13:40 I went trough Gate 20 to the plain.
At 14:25 the easyJet go to the skies.
At 17:45 I arrived at Luton Airport in London.
At 18:05 I took the bus to Milton Keynes. I went to Bay 7 and caught the 899 Milton Keynes Bus. I payed 4 pounds. It was a bus of Virgin Rail Link.
At 19:05 I arrived to Milton Keynes Central.
I went by foot to the Milton Keynes Bowl to get my number. I went to Gate 3 and stayed with number 4.
I slept in my sleeping-beg at night.
On the 09th of June I got up at 05h30.
I met Tony, a security guy from Bon Jovi. I went with him inside one of the gates on the left side of the stage. It was cool to be inside.
At 06:30 me and all the people who already were numbered changed places to gate 6.
At 07:00 I went to the Central Station to have a breakfast. Just ate a croissant, some cookies and a hot chocolate with marshmallows (awsome).
At 08:30 I arrived again to my place on Gate 6.
At 19:00 I went to make a surprise to my portuguese friends who arrived at the Milton Keynes Central Station.
I went by foot with Olga, Tania, Gisela and Xana to Gate 6. It was a long walk but a funny one. We saw some rabbits and talk a little.
At 23:00 I went to sleep with my portuguese friends on my side.
"Sat, Jun 10, 2006 in Milton Keynes, UK @ Milton Keynes Bowl"
At 04:00 Olga and Tania went to the hotel to sleep a little.
At 06:00 everyone started to wake up.
At 09:30 I went to the hotel to leave my bag and to shave (I need to be cool on the show, hehe).
Between 10:00 and 11:00 a queue is being prepared. I have number 4.
At 10:50 me and everybody who want to pick up the tickets went to the box-office. I need to pick up 2 tickets of the 10th (mine and Olga's tickets).
At 12:05 the box-office opened.
At 13:00 finaly the queue was made.
At 14:00 everybody went from gate 6 to gate 5.
Finaly at 15:00 we got in inside the Bowl.
At the end of the day SPIN played 30 minutes, NICKELBACK played 57 minutes and BON JOVI played for 2h36.
The show finished before 23:00.
I liked very much of Spin, they were good with a nice sound. Nickelback were great like always, it was my 5th of 6 shows of Nickelback and they were really great.
About Bon Jovi, well. It was an amazing show.
After the 10th of June show at 23:00 I went to gate 5 and then to gate 6 to have a number to the 11th of June show.
"Sun, Jun 11, 2006 in Milton Keynes, UK @ Milton Keynes Bowl"
At 01:30 I was finaly numbered with FC-102.
At 01:40 I went to the hotel, change t-shirt and charge my mobile-phone.
At 02:05 me and my friends get out of the hotel and went again to gate 6, me, Olga, Sónia and Mara.
At 06:00 everyone started to wake up.
Well after these 06:00 am I didn't make any more notes. I don't know what happend to me.
I am trying to write the rest of the day.
In the morning I went to the hotel again. And then I went to pick up the tickets of the 11th. Mine and Olga's tickets.
In the afternoon we get in to the Milton Keynes Bowl and we saw another amazing show.
At the end of the day SPIN played 30 minutes, NICKELBACK played 55 minutes and BON JOVI played for 2h40.
Spin were good. Nickelback were great like always, it was my 6th of 6 shows of Nickelback and they were really great. This was the last show of Nickelback.
About Bon Jovi, well. It was an amazing show. With many surprises. Just take a look at the setlist on the bottom of this post.
I went by foot to the MK Central Station. And caught the train to London with Sandra. I didn't pay a thing. What was very fun.
When I arrive in London I caught a taxi to go to my friends Marta home. I arrived there about 03:00 am I think. I saw Marta and a friend and another girl just arriving when I arrived there.
I got in and slept some hours.
On the morning I went to central London to buy some cds and dvds and also went to the hotel where Bon Jovi were staying.
Hugh just past by me but I didn't have time to talk to him or to take photos. He was just on my right side and when I look at him I "froze". Well he fixed his eyes on me and continue to the hotel.
I saw Paula Abdul leaving the hotel. I went to talk to her, she was very nice. And I took 2 photos, one of her alone and another with me and her.
At the end of the day I went back to my friends house Marta to rest a little.
It was a very hot weekend.
At night I went by bus to the Victoria train and bus Central Station. I waited for Tania, Olga, Gisela and Xana.
They arrive after midnight.
I went with Tania to the bus that will take us to Luton Airport. Olga, Gisela and Xana went with us to the place where the bus was leaving just for them to know the place.
Me and Tania arrive at Luton Airport. I don't know, maybe at 02:00 or 03:00 am.
We arrived there and there were a lot of people on the floor all over the Airport resting. I guess all the flights were on the morning only.
Before the plain leaves on the morning Andreia, Mara and Claudia arrived also.
We caught the plain. It was a raining morning in Luton.
We arrive in Lisbon in the morning.
The weather here in Portugal was very hot, like always.
HAVE A NICE DAY everyone.
I will write below the 2 setlists of the shows and some words from the official Bon Jovi site:

About the photos of the 2 Milton Keynes I will not post them here because I have many amazing photos and I will add them to sites one day. When I have them in sites I will write here the links.

Whata ride, huh?!!
I can't help getting a smile in my face everytime I think of that trip! What a dream!
By the way, Xana was the name of my friend who walked with us from the train station to the Bowl. And yes, it was Victoria station the one in which you waited for Tania. About the hotel... Well, it had more stars per inch than Hollywood!!! I saw Pierce Brosnan, for instance! And Bon Jovi, of course... I also froze... When I saw Jon in front of me... But it went well, all and all... And there is a picture to prove it... ;)
kisses.
Jokas
