The tour of 30 Seconds To Mars is: "Love Lust Faith Dreams Tour".
It was my 4th 30 Seconds To Mars show. First one outside Lisbon.
And this was the best. They were on fire. I loved everything about the concert. My favorite concert without a doubt.
It was my first show in Festival Marés Vivas. I arrived to the festival on the day before (July 19th) at around 20:00 and found a friend already there. We stood there all Friday night. We could listen James Morrison playing and then David Guetta. After that they had a dance-electronic stage playing music till 6 am.
At morning July 20th more people arrived. It was a long sunny day. We finally get in around 17:00. I run to the middle of front row. Completely busted but it worth while the effort. Was just a meter to the left of Jared's mic in the middle of stage.
On the afternoon Vasco Palmeirim from Rádio Comercial appeard on my front and I spoke a little with him and took some photos with him. He was very friendly and nice.
Before "30 Seconds To Mars" in Marés Vivas, played "Virgem Suta", "Rui Veloso" and "Klaxons".
The first band was
Virgem Suta. They played for 47 minutes.
They are a portuguese band singing in portuguese. Singing and drinking wine. In one song one of the members came down with a bottle of wine and some plastic cups and offered a cup of wine in the first row. I didn't accept it. The guys were a little boring.
The second singer was
Rui Veloso. He played for 78 minutes.
He sang a lot of songs that we already knew. But It was very boring to have to listen to him on a day with 30 Seconds To Mars as the main act. This was a very mix act in this Festival. Rui Veloso could played in other day of the festival for sure.
The third band was
Klaxons. They played for 42 minutes.
They are a British band but I hate them. Never Met them before. To much noise.
Finally was time for
30 Seconds To Mars. They played for 107 minutes.
As I said before this was my favorite concert of 30 Seconds to Mars. They were really amazing. I loved everything in their show from the beginning till the end. Love the promotions of "Do Or Die" and "City Of Angels". Loved when Jared jumped just to my right on the first row. And even loved more when in the last music "Up In The Air" I went to the stage jumping with more fans and Jared. Jared from the stage said to me: "I need you on stage right now - Yeah both of you" to me and a friend on my left. I filmed everything since the beginning of the music, when Jared called me to the stage, going there and then being behind Jared on stage. The video is really fun. Awesome memories that I will never forget.
